I’m a licensed clinical social worker in Florida and Colorado. Certified sex therapist in training through the Sexual Health Alliance. Trained birth doula. EMDR-trained. I specialize in the intersection where most therapists don’t stay long: sex, shame, trauma, postpartum, and the relationships that get quietly strained by all of them.

I built this practice because I kept meeting couples and individuals who had been in therapy for years and still couldn’t talk about the stuff that was actually ruining their relationship. That’s the wall I’m good at getting through.

I won’t tell you what you want to hear. I’ll tell you what you need to hear. And I’ll do it in a room that feels safe enough to actually say the thing.
